About 10 years ago, I found yoga for one simple reason:
lower back pain.
At the time, I wasn’t looking for a lifestyle or a new passion - I just wanted relief. What I didn’t realise was that yoga would go on to change so much more than my body...

Why attend my yoga classes?
Over the years, yoga has helped me not only manage pain, but completely shift my mindset, my relationship with my body, and how I move through life. It taught me patience, awareness, and how powerful slowing down can be.
I’ve since completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and have been teaching for over a year, with a particular focus on Yin Yoga - a gentle, slow practice that works deep into the tissues, calms the nervous system, and creates space for both physical and mental release.
My classes are for everyone:

✨ All body types
✨ All levels of experience
Especially if you:
• live with aches or ongoing pain
• feel stiff, stressed, or overwhelmed
• think you’re “not flexible enough” for yoga (you are!)
Yin yoga is about meeting your body where it is, not forcing it to be somewhere else. It’s about finding peace, easing pain, and giving yourself permission to slow down.
