Yin yoga is for everybody - come exactly as you are
My journey to Yin Yoga began over 20 years ago after an injury left me living with ongoing pain. After years of dipping in and out of yoga, it was Yin that truly transformed my relationship with my body.
Through slow, supported postures and stillness, Yin Yoga supported my healing on every level - physically, mentally, and emotionally. From a physiological perspective, Yin gently targets the connective tissues and fascia, helping to hydrate and restore elasticity, while also calming the nervous system and guiding it out of fight-or-flight and into rest and repair. Inspired by my own experience, I completed my Yin Yoga teacher training in 2023 and now teach Yin to support others.
My classes are not only for those experiencing pain or injury - beginners are warmly welcomed, and Yin is truly for everyone. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Yin is an invitation to slow down, reset your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with yourself — exactly as you are.
